Good Faith Estimate Notice

Under the federal No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for non-emergency services.

What This Means for You

  • You can request an estimate of the total cost of services prior to your appointment.

  • The estimate will include chiropractic care, wellness consultations, and any applicable fees.

  • If your final bill is $400 or more than the estimate, you may dispute the charges.
